New Steam Cleaner Neutralizes MRSA Microbes
It appears Daimer Industries has a new steam cleaner that can neutralize MRSA microbes. MRSA is basically a very dangerous staph infection that is resistant to many antibiotics and known treatments. This infection is generally found in hospitals and medical settings but researchers have recently found the microbes in non-medical areas and around the general public.
The new KleenJet 8438-360CVP vacuum unit comes equipped with Daimer’s ATIS architecture. ATIS recently earned exemplary testing scores on its effectiveness against MRSA. According to a spokesman for Daimer, they believe this unit to be “the most effective germ-killing design on the market today.”
The recent tests verified that the ATIS integrated cleaners are surpassing 99% on kill rates of MRSA. And the units show a great efficiency on many other disease causing molds and bacteria.
The 8438-360CVP units are based around a 14-liter stainless steel boiler system and house an institutional extractor system. The boilers have a warranty for the life of the machine and are the home for the ATIS system. The new line also offers a 10-liter auto-refiller chamber, connections for direct water feed and industrial-sized 10-liter detergent tanks chambers.
At 4850 watts, these cleaners offer more than twice the steam of a 1600 watt unit. Not to mention the 120 psi pressure levels and heated operation rated for 329ºF. It also appears that the machines are configured for 380 volt, three phase power.
Shop talk, shop talk, jargon, jargon. I’ll tell you what. With the amount of germs and bacteria floating around nowadays it’s good to see a vacuum come out that can help eliminate a good number of them. These commercial units are going to be very handy for the types of establishments they will primarily be used in. And most of these places are probably frequented by the general public on an hourly basis.
